Background

CAF America serves donors around the United States make strategic and focused philanthropic decisions that have a lasting impact on the causes and communities they want to support. As part of that work, they created a tool that would be made available to visitors to their website seeking to donate to safe and vetted organizations in disaster zones and other areas of need around the globe. When they approached Spring Insight, they had the tool built but needed assistance with deciding on a name, creating branding, and graphical tool design.

The Spring Insight Project

Spring Insight partnered with CAF America to develop and brand their new Disaster Response Tool. Our collaboration began with an iterative process to select a name that resonated with the tool’s mission and audience. Through brainstorming and research, we narrowed down options and ensured the final name was both meaningful and strategically aligned and that an appropriate domain and other brand assets were available.

To establish a strong visual identity, we created a logo that seamlessly integrated with CAF America’s existing branding. The design process focused on capturing the tool’s purpose while ensuring the logo would be versatile across all marketing applications. To ensure the deliverables met the organization’s needs, we conducted surveys at key milestones, gathering valuable feedback to refine our work.

Finally, we worked on the overall page design, combining strategy and creativity to deliver a user-friendly and visually cohesive online presence. From style tiles to final layouts, every aspect was designed with the organization’s goals and audience in mind, creating a powerful platform for the Global Relief Navigator.
