Did you find yourself wondering as you were watching that if I was really wearing my workout clothes?  Yes, yes I was.  Um, blame the time difference between the UK and the US. It is really early when we record. Sadly, that isn’t the most embarrassing video of me on YouTube, that one has nearly 15K views. [Hangs head in shame.]
