Fundamental to creating a successful website is knowing what you are trying to accomplish with that website. “Wow” I hear you thinking, “Captain obvious is in the building.” Like with many back to basics pieces of advice, this is one that seems almost too obvious to write about. Yet, it is one that I find I need to discuss frequently with clients. In the rush to get a website up, to check the box, people forget what they are looking for the website to accomplish.
